Philippe SALLE
President of Cancer@Work
Chairman & CEO of Atos Group
Philippe SALLE is a graduate of the École des Mines of Paris (France) and holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University (Chicago, USA).
Philippe SALLE began his career at Total in Indonesia before joining Accenture in 1990. He then joined McKinsey in 1995 and became senior manager in 1998. In 1999, he joined the Vedior group (which later became Randstad, a company listed on Euronext Amsterdam). He became Chairman and CEO of Vedior France in 2002; in 2003, he became a member of the Managing Board of Vedior NV and was then appointed President for South Europe in 2006 (France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland). From 2007 to 2011, he served first as Deputy CEO and then Chairman and CEO of the Geoservices group (sold to SLB in 2010, listed on the New York Stock Exchange), a technological company operating in the petroleum industry with 7,000 associates in 52 countries. From 2011 to 2015, he was Chairman and CEO of the Altran group. He then became Chairman and CEO of Elior where he remained until October 31, 2017. On December 1, 2017, he became Head of the Emeria group (formerly Foncia).
On October 14, 2024, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atos Group. On February 1, 2025, he was appointed Chairman & CEO of Atos Group.
He is a Knight of the French National Order of Merit and of the Legion of Honor and Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
Anne-Sophie TUSZYNSKI
Founder of Cancer@Work
CEO of Wecare@work
An employment specialist and committed patient, Anne-Sophie Tuszynski is the founder of the Cancer@Work association and runs the ‘patient’ start-up Wecare@work. Both organisations have the same objective: to help employers achieve a better balance between health, working life and business performance.
Cancer@work is a place for its members to share ideas and innovate. The association brings together 160 companies in France, representing 10% of the working population, and has a presence in Luxembourg and the UK.
Wecare@work offers employers solutions for raising awareness, training and supporting their employees. These include Alex, a web app available 7/24 that offers a prevention space, a training space and a support space with 3 personalised pathways: patient, carer and manager. In just over a year, Alex has been adopted by employers such as Malakoff Humanis, Sécurité Sociale, Publicis, Foncia and Decathlon, and is used by thousands of users. Its impact has recently been measured and a clinical study is underway.
"Facing cancer has given me the courage to take up a cause that makes sense to me: employment for people who are ill. Without jobs, our healthcare system loses most of its revenue and its ability to provide care.

After a master's degree in economics and an accounting diploma, Pascal Andrieux began his career within the Banking company. He joined the Group, which became Malakoff Humanis in 1996, where he successively took on management positions in accounting and finance, insurance management and in a subsidiary.
Since June 2016, he has taken responsibility for the social and societal activities of the Malakoff Humanis Group to develop and enrich the Group's commitment, act as close as possible to the general interest, and develop the Group's social innovation expertise.
He currently holds the position of Director of Social Commitment and Patronage of the Group and holds the positions of Managing Director of the Malakoff Humanis Handicap Foundation and Malakoff Humanis Innovation Santé.
Pascale CHARPY-MOORE

Pascale Charpy-Moore joins Cancer@Work to continue the commitments of her predecessors at Caisse d'Epargne Loire-Centre. After nearly 20 years of experience in the Crédit Agricole group within several Regional Banks in Rhône Alpes, Savoie, then Touraine and Vienne, she became a manager in the BPCE Group in October 2024.
As part of her duties, particularly in the field of human resources, she works to develop committed actions in favor of inclusion, diversity, disability and cancer in professional careers. She is also working to develop training and support adapted to diversity and the work context.
Isabelle GUYOMARCH
President of CCI Productions Group and Ozalys Laboratory
Administrator of Cancer@Work since 2018
Isabelle Guyomarch holds a degree in accounting from the Institut des Études Comptables et Financières de Paris. She has worked for nearly 20 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
In 2008, she bought the CCI Productions Group, a French subcontracting company specialized in the manufacture of high-end perfumes and cosmetics. In 2017, she launched the first high design dermo-cosmetic brand dedicated to women affected by breast cancer.
Franck MARTINEZ
France Manager for Quality of Life and Working Conditions, Decathlon

Franck joined Decathlon in 1988, he was previously President of the DECATHLON Foundation, a foundation which acts throughout the world to integrate or reintegrate vulnerable people through sport, he now devotes himself entirely to animation for the Decathlon Group , of Quality of Life and Working Conditions policies.
Co-founder in 1999 of Decathlon's Handicap Mission, he coordinates actions for the benefit of seniors, diversity, prevention of psychosocial risks and professional equality between women and men.
Holder of a management license and a university diploma as Disability Referent, private and public sector, supporter of a quality social dialogue, he was the first trade unionist of the Decathlon company and is today the general secretary of Unsa Decathlon.

Since 2021, Nicole Etchegoïnberry, former member of the board of the Caisse d'Epargne Loire Centre, is an honorary member of Cancer@Work.

Pauline CLAUZEL
Director of the association
A graduate of Sciences Po and ESCP, Pauline Clauzel has developed expertise in strategy, communications, and project management within the healthcare sector. After beginning her career as a chief of staff at a communications agency, she worked with major companies at Wecare@work, addressing the challenges of workplace inclusion for those living with illness. She also spearheaded the strategy and implementation of initiatives for the Lab Heyme endowment fund, particularly in the area of women's health.
Currently the Director of Cancer@work, she leverages her experience to drive the association’s growth and pursue a key ambition: fostering lasting progress in the inclusion of people with illnesses in the workplace. Her personal experience as a chronic illness patient fuels this commitment and deepens her understanding of the realities on the ground.
Candice HIDDERLEY
Communications Manager
After a master's degree in marketing, Candice Hidderley, worked for nearly 10 years in marketing and communication in a variety of industries.
Willing to place solidarity and inclusion at the core of her work, she joined Cancer@Work in 2021 as a Digital Marketing Project Manager.

Data, barometer and label project manager
With a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Roxane Coteill-Dolcerocca has developed solid expertise in CSR and label management within a variety of organizations in France and abroad. Convinced that economic performance and social commitment go hand in hand, Roxane has joined Cancer@Work to manage the barometers (nation and company-wide), assist in the Cancer@Work Label’s organization, and contribute to the deployment of the association's strategic projects.
Maël TESTUD-COUEDIC

With a Master’s degree in International Relations, Maël Testud-Couëdic has acquired solid experience in the development of social-impact projects, both in France and abroad. Her career path has led her to collaborate with associations, institutions and cultural actors, always with one goal in mind : creating links and advancing causes of general interest. Today, she puts her skills in partnerships and project management to work for Cancer@Work's mission.
